How does the human body build muscle ?
The human body builds muscle after you workout your body repairs damaged muscle fibers through a cellular process where it fuses  muscle fibers together to form new muscle.

One thing I did to explore my topic was to workout and to try to kill every muscle in the gym.


I learned that having a good time to recover helps you have better workouts.

What I'm doing next is to see what is the best working out rep ranges to build muscle and how eating healthy could help the process.

Chapter 11

They start calling John the savage in the other hand no cares about Linda. Bernard takes advantage of knowing the Savage to sleep with many women. He thinks that everyone now likes him, but they really don't, they are just acting like it.

Chapter 10

In the Hatchery the direcror  was discussing with Henry Foster his plan. Bernard entered the room where the Director told him to appear. Then Bernard calls John and Linda to the room.

Chapter 3

The students are were excited to meet Mond, the Resident controller for Europe. The problem of old age was solved and people could now retain the mental and physical character of youth throughout life.

Endgame

I want to get better on posting really often. I have to remind my self that when I'm on my phone I should go to my blog instead of social media because that's what has been holding me back that sometimes I just don't remember to post.

BQ Thoughts

I honestly haven't been working on my big question because I don't think about it because it's not a priority. Maybe I just gotta find a bigger question or just start getting more in depth with the one I have as my big question.

GOODMORNING

What makes me most of the time to be late to school is always waking up on my last alarm. The other thing that takes a lot of my time is not knowing what to wear so I'm going to start to get my outfits ready a day before at night. Finally the last thing I'm going to change is not wasting so much time doing my hair.

Reading me

I usually never read a book or any journal at home unless I have too. I only read things in social media if they seem interesting when im scrolling down my phone. Why don't I read you may ask ? I don't read because I don't have a lot of free time in my hands and the time I have free for myself use it for other things that I enjoy doing. Reading has never really been something in my routine unless like reading a text or something like that. Even though I think reading is important I haven't applied it to my routine because im a busy person.

Pack your bags, we're going on a guilt trip

I once felt really guilty because my friend got there phone taken away in class because I sent him something & told him to check it out. The teacher saw him take out his phone & took it away & didn't give it back after class so I felt guilty.

I think it's better to do does activities with a group because that way everyone could give different opinions and you get to catch some things you probably wouldn't catch by yourself.
